Do you make everything by hand?

Yes, all pieces are handmade in our UK workshop using traditional woodworking techniques.

What type of wood do you use?

We mainly use solid oak and exotic wood, chosen for its durability, natural beauty and timeless character.

Do you accept custom orders?

At the moment we focus on small-batch designs, but custom requests may be possible depending on workload.

How long does production take?

As each item is handmade, production times can vary. We always aim to complete orders as efficiently as possible without compromising quality.

Do you ship within the UK?

Yes, we offer UK delivery on all items. Shipping details are provided at checkout.

Are your products sustainable?

We work primarily with natural materials and aim to minimise waste through small-batch production.

Shipping

All orders are dispatched within 1 working day after payment has been received. We use EVRi as our delivery partner, and every parcel includes a standard tracking number.

Delivery typically takes 2–6 working days. Please note that during busy periods, weekends or public holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Tracked UK delivery via EVRi is £4.98 per order. We also offer free UK delivery on all orders over £80.
