By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All products are handmade in small batches. As a result, slight variations in colour, grain, texture or finish may occur. These are natural characteristics of solid wood and part of the uniqueness of each item.

We reserve the right to change product details, pricing and availability at any time without prior notice.

Orders will be processed once payment has been received. We aim to dispatch all orders within the stated timeframe; however, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will assist where possible in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders are dispatched within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment.

Tracked UK delivery via EVRi is £4.98 per order. We also offer free UK delivery on all orders over £80.

We use EVRi as our delivery partner for all UK shipments. Every order is sent with a tracking number, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery time within the UK is 2–6 working days. Delivery times may vary during busy periods, weekends and public holidays.

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the parcel has been dispatched.

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the matter as quickly as possible.




Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. Due to the handmade nature of our products, each item is carefully checked before dispatch.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Payment Policy

We accept secure online payments through Stripe.

Payments can be made using major debit and credit cards supported by the Stripe payment platform. All transactions are processed securely, and we do not store or have access to your full payment details.

Orders will only be processed and dispatched once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

If a payment is declined or unsuccessful, the order will not be completed. Should you experience any issues during checkout, please contact us using the contact form on our website or by email.
